International Housemaster Carmelo Carone has been a prominent Italian DJ and producer since the 1990s. Over the years, he has developed an impressive catalog of exclusive projects, official mixes, remixes, and reworks for renowned tastemakers and legends such as Giorgio Moroder, AL-Faris, Donna Summer, Gloria Gaynor, Irene Cara, Screamin’ Rachael, Shirley King, Frankie Knuckles, Chuck Roberts, Ron Hardy, Larry Heard (aka Mr. Fingers), Banco De Gaia, Shirley Lites, Francesco Farfa, Orlando Voorn, Oliver Lieb, David McWilliams, Todd Terry, Robert Babicz, Dr. Motte, Davidson Ospina & Oscar P, Sterling Void, Robert Owens, Didier & The Space, Tears for Fears, and many more.

Carmelo has performed in hundreds of clubs and events across the globe, with his music distributed by a wide range of prominent labels and platforms. His work is regularly featured on top international radio stations, including CBS Radio, BBC, Ibiza Global Radio, Proton Radio, Sceen FM, Ibiza Sonica, Frisky Radio, Kiss FM (UK), Pure FM, NYC House Radio, Cuebase FM, SSRadio (UK), House Station Radio, and his weekly show, TRAX Mission on Digitally Imported FM.

Beyond his role as an artist, Carmelo has held positions as a label manager for FOEM music communication agency and A&R label manager for the iconic TRAX Records in Chicago. With over 30 years of experience playing at some of the world’s most exclusive dancefloors, Carmelo has released tracks on esteemed labels such as Henry Street Music, Drizzly Records, Karmic Power Records, and TRAX, among others.

A veteran of the Italian house music scene, Carmelo has been the driving force behind countless remixes and edits of classic tracks from legends like Larry Heard, Frankie Knuckles, and Todd Terry, particularly in his capacity as A&R and label manager for TRAX Records since 2015.
