Lloyd Green is the bassist for multi-award nominated blues rock band The Milk Men. Their five albums of original material have seen them top both the Amazon and iTunes charts and won them ‘Best Album’ nominations, and their live shows are renowned for their electric energy and joyous sense of fun earning them a reputation as the one of the most dynamic and enjoyable live bands on the circuit.
Prior to The Milk Men, Lloyd has played bass for numerous bands across a wide range of genres including 80s pop act Red Box!
He is also the son of legendary Pirates’ RnB guitarist Mick Green (also notable for his session work with Paul McCartney, Van Morrison and Bryan Ferry). Mick was a hero to many guitar legends including Jimmy Page, Pete Townshend and most notably the late great Wilko Johnson of Dr Feelgood fame. The circle was complete when The Milk Men got the chance to support Dr Feelgood which they have done so since on many occasions.
